Bill has credits in TV, film, theater, and numerous dance companies in Europe and America. He made his musical theater debut with Phantom of the Opera, performing with the Broadway, First, and Third National Companies. Prior to Phantom, Bill danced for twelve years with the New York City Ballet, where he worked extensively with Jerome Robbins.
Bill's credits include Mother Ginger in the New York City Ballet film version of The Nutcracker, West Side Story Suite, Cabaret, and The Spitfire Grill.

Bill joined the ARDT faculty in 2003. He currently lives in Glens Falls, NY with his wife Sarah, and his daughter, Emma.
